Main walk: 14 km/9 mls, 690m ascent

The walk starts at the Donview Forestry car park, ascending Millstone Hill following marker signs.  From the summit of Millstone Hill the route heads north-east down to cross the Gordon Way.  The path leaves the track at 679211 to ascend northward to Mither Tap.  From there, we head north to Craigshannoch, then generally westwards to Little Oxen Craig, Oxen Craig, Hermit Seat to pick up the Gordon Way down to the B992.  Turn right for a short walk along the road to the coach.  Refreshments at the Forbes Arms, Bridge of Alford.

Shorter walk: 11 km/7 mls, ascent 410m

This route starts on the same path as the main walk but continues along the track to circumnavigate Millstone Hill to meet the Gordon Way at 679211.  The Gordon Way can then be followed to the B922  for the short walk along the road to the bus.
