Bus leaves corner of Midstocket Road and Gordondale Road at 7am
From Linn of Dee car park, through the wood and take the track about 3 miles to Derry Lodge. Thence crossing Derry Burn and up the hill to the summit (roughly 5 km). There are a lot of possible alternatives to explore from the Derry Lodge area should you not wish to tackle the hill.
