Those just going to Beinn a Bhuird, go west over Cnap a' Chierich (NJ010108) to the North Top 1197m (NJ006093). Turn south, then south-west to find the old land rover track over An Diollaid and down into Glen Quoich. Carry on down through the wooded glen to the road and the coach (NO911118).

Alternative Walks

Walk 3 - Carn Fiaclach, 27km, 859m ascent

Walk 4 - Glen Quoich round, 20km, 230 m ascent

The alternative walk follows the main walk to the ruin and a mile past where you pick up a path towards Carn Fiaclach (NO969103), up the ridge to the plateau, over the South Top (NO091979), then head towards the North Top to pick up the track and the way down.

A shorter but very pleasant alternative would be to walk to the junction just passed the ruin and go southwest on the north side of the Quoich Water and back through Glen Quoich to the road.
